PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT and enrollment FOR SCHOOL OF THE SMALL AND IMPERFECT
School of the Small and Imperfect: payment links below to complete enrollment
Participation Agreement
Thank you for enrolling in School of the Small and Imperfect. This agreement clarifies expectations so the cohort can function as a stable and focused practice environment.
1. Commitment to the Cohort
School is a 13-week closed cohort. Enrollment is a commitment to the full cycle.
Regular attendance supports the integrity of the relational field. If you must miss a session, no explanation is required, but consistent presence supports the integrity of the practice.
Tuition covers the full 13-week cycle and is not reduced for missed sessions.
2. Tuition & Payment Terms
Enrollment in School of the Small and Imperfect is for the full 13-week term.
There are two tuition options:
a. Pay in Full
Full tuition is payable at the time of enrollment.
b. Monthly Installments
You may enroll by paying the first month’s tuition at the time of registration. By submitting this payment, you are committing to the full 13-week term and agree to complete the remaining two monthly payments during months two and three of the program.
Tuition is non-refundable once payment is submitted. Because this is a closed cohort structure, your enrollment secures one of a limited number of places in the group for the full term.
3. Nature of the Practice
School is a structured relational training environment.
It is not therapy, crisis support, or a space for personal processing.
Participants are expected to have appropriate support outside of this program for mental health or crisis-related needs.
4. Confidentiality
Participants agree not to share personal stories or identifying information from other members outside the group.
Sessions are not recorded.
5. Environment & Presence
Because this work relies on subtle participation cues, you agree to:
• Join from a quiet, private space
• Keep your camera on unless previously discussed
• Avoid multitasking
• Minimize external interruptions
If you anticipate significant disruptions, please consider whether it is the right session to attend.
6. Participation Norms
School works through constraint and incompletion.
Participation is voluntary at all times. You may choose your level of engagement within the conditions of the practice.
To support the integrity of the practice, participants agree to:
• Follow session conditions
• Refrain from analyzing or processing others
• Avoid attempting to fix or facilitate the group
• Allow moments to remain unfinished
The structure may feel minimal. That is intentional.
The facilitator will hold the structure. Participants are not responsible for managing the room.
7. Acknowledgment
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
• You are participating voluntarily
• You understand the structure and financial commitment
• You agree to the terms above
Digital enrollment via submitting payment constitutes agreement.
